User Data Deletion Policy

At ARIV, you have full control over your professional data. If you wish to delete your account and remove all associated data (including saved resumes, cover letters, career history, and LinkedIn profile generation data) from our servers, you can do so at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion:

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)

Open the ARIV app on your Android device.

Navigate to your Profile 0/ Settings menu.

Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your choice.

Your data will be wiped immediately.

Option 2: Via Email Support

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual deletion:

Send an email to jain@getariv.com from the email address registered to your ARIV account. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 7 business days.

Note: Deleting your account will also forfeit any remaining free or paid AI credits. This action cannot be undone.
