Standard Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At ARIV, we strive to provide high-quality AI-driven career tools. Because our services (Resume Building, Cover Letter Generation, LinkedIn Optimization) are digital products delivered instantly via AI processing, all sales of ARIV credits are final and non-refundable.

2. Credits and Usage

Promotional Credits: The 3 free credits provided upon registration have no cash value and are non-refundable. Purchased Credits: Once a credit is used to generate a document or audit a resume, it is considered "consumed." We cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been used to perform an AI task.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a "No Refund" policy, we value our users. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following limited scenarios: Technical Failure: If a technical error on our side prevented the AI from delivering the output, but your credit was still deducted. Duplicate Purchase: If a payment processing error caused you to be charged twice for the same credit bundle.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you experience a technical issue, please do not file a dispute with your bank immediately, as this may lead to account suspension. Instead, email us at jain@getariv.com within 48 hours of the transaction with: Your account email. A screenshot of the error or transaction ID.

5. Third-Party Platform Refunds

If you purchased credits through the Google Play Store, their specific refund policies also apply. You may request a refund directly through the Google Play "Order History" within 48 hours of purchase.
